Daniel Rojo has been a co-owner of Southside alongside his wife Thea Bloomberg since 2015, but they've been on the block since 2009 when they were both hired by Ben Jones (original Southside owner) to work at Lot 2, the beloved but now closed restaurant across the street.
Claire Wampler has been a pastry chef since 2022 when she began working with the wonderful Amber Sather at Southside. Claire became a co-owner when Amber left in 2024.
